Sanden Installation

We were super happy with you and the guys who did our Sanden installation in May. We also love the unit – it's so quiet, there's heaps of hot water and it's cheap to operate. We are now all electric – so saving the daily 70 cent gas connection fee. It costs about 20–30 cents for our hot water per day (during off peak). Love it! And we are way ahead on our savings.

Outstanding After Installation Service

We had the short 315L Sanden heat pump system installed in mid-May 2016. Within 15 minutes of the system being turned on we had hot water and the heat pump was barely audible. Within about 4 hours we had a tank full of hot water even though it was a very cool day.
Ben at NewGen was was very helpful and his product and pre-sales knowledge eased any concerns we had about our decision to purchase the Sanden heat pump system. Given the reputation of some other heat pump systems Ben's expertise was invaluable and comforting.
